But your favorite latte is often packed with artificial flavors, sweetener, and – gasp – sometimes not even a trace of pumpkin. (Hate to burst your bubble, but many times that “Pumpkin  Spice Latte” is mainly just spice; and a whole lotta sugar.) 

As the cold and flu season creeps closer, loading up on ingredients that support the immune  system is more important than ever. 

Enter the *Turmeric Ginger Bone Broth (TGBB) PSL.

This feelgood, DIY drink is powered by nutrients from chicken bone broth, for a latte fueled with collagen protein and immune system-supporting amino acids. Plus, the turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon not only add  incredible nuances of flavor, but also a nutritious punch to help keep the fall sniffles away.

The New TGBB PSL

Turmeric Ginger Bone Broth Pumpkin Spice Latte

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot coffee (optional; you can also make a mostly-caffeine-free version using decaf, or skip the java completely!)
  • 1/2 cup warm Kettle & Fire Turmeric Ginger Bone Broth
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (honey or agave works too)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice* (*bonus recipe below)
  • 1 splash pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

  2. Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg & enjoy!

  3. For a cooled-down version, pour pureed ingredients over ice. (Or pop into the fridge and save it for later.)
