Bone Broth Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Kettle & Fire Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter sugar free (divided)
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam sugar free (divided)
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • Strawberries optional for garnishing
  • Mint optional for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl, add oats, bone broth, honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well and pour into an airtight container.

  2. Place in the refrigerator overnight or for 4 hours to allow the oats to soak.

  3. Separate the overnight oats into 2 serving glasses about half way.

  4. Add 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam and 2 tablespoons of almond butter to each glass.

  5. Add remaining overnight oats, divided among the glasses.

  6. Garnish with almonds, strawberries and mint. Enjoy!
