In a medium size bowl, add oats, bone broth, honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well and pour into an airtight container.
Place in the refrigerator overnight or for 4 hours to allow the oats to soak.
Separate the overnight oats into 2 serving glasses about half way.
Add 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam and 2 tablespoons of almond butter to each glass.
Add remaining overnight oats, divided among the glasses.
Garnish with almonds, strawberries and mint. Enjoy!
