In a bowl, place the chicken thigh pieces and add lemon pepper, black pepper, paprika and salt according to your preference. Let stand for 15 minutes. This will make your chicken absorb all the flavor that the spices provide.
In a warm saucepan add the coconut oil, chopped garlic and chopped onion. Let it sauté and then add the chicken thigh pieces. Stir so that all parts have contact with the seasoning and are sautéed.
In another saucepan, boil 500 ml of water with 500 ml of Kettle & Fire Chicken Broth and add the braised chicken pieces to cook for at least 20 minutes.
Add 4 diced potatoes and boil for another 15 minutes.
Once everything has cooked, add chopped green onions and chopped cilantro to garnish.
Serve and impress!
