Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • ½ cup coconut shreds
  • cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ghee
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs add more for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high for 1 minute, or until fully blended.
  2. For garnish, place cacao nibs at the bottom of the silicone mold.
  3. Spoon mixture into the silicone molds and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until completely solid.
