In a small saucepan, heat bone broth over high heat. Add mirepoix and tofu, bring to a boil.
Stir in seaweed, followed by the beaten egg. Stir constantly for a few seconds or until the egg is spread out. Remove from heat.
Stir in oats, cover, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, dissolve miso paste in some hot water in a small bowl.
Add the miso to the oatmeal. Taste and adjust flavor by adding more salt if desired.
