Ingredients

  • 4 cups Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth
  • 3 pounds chuck roast
  • 6 carrots roughly chopped
  • 2 sweet potatoes cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 2 onions halved
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon  Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large crock pot, add all of the ingredients.
  2. Cook on high heat for 4 hours. (Or 8 hours on low heat).
  3. Remove herb stems and enjoy.
