And adding Kettle & Fire Chicken Cooking Broth to the mix adds essential nutrients like glucosamine and hyaluronic acid to help nourish your bones and joints. So basically, you’ll be ready to hit the field with your favorite team… ya know, after you finish the dip.

  • 1/2 cup Kettle & Fire Chicken Cooking Broth
  • 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 box 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 15 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded


  1. Add the Kettle & Fire Chicken Cooking Broth to the bottom of the pot.

  2. Add the drained artichokes, minced garlic, frozen spinach, sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, and salt. Do NOT stir.

  3. Lock the lid and make sure the valve points to SEALED.

  4. Pressure cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes. After that, do a quick release of the pressure by turning the valve on top to “VENTING.”

  5. Open the lid and add parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stir until smooth.

  6. Serve with pita chips, pretzels, and crunchy veggies.
