One-Pot Roasted Sweet Potatoes

One-Pot Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 5 sweet potoes diced
- 1/2 cup Kettle & Fire Chicken Cooking Broth (can sub Beef Cooking Broth)
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 2 apples diced
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp ground savory seasoning
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup dried cranberry
Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a dutch oven or baking dish (& cover), mixing well.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are fork tender. Serve & enjoy!
