One-Pot Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Servings 4 people


  • 5 sweet potoes diced
  • 1/2 cup Kettle & Fire Chicken Cooking Broth (can sub Beef Cooking Broth)
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 2 apples diced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp ground savory seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberry


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a dutch oven or baking dish (& cover), mixing well.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are fork tender. Serve & enjoy!
