Keto Energy Bites with 2 Delicious Flavors

To stay in ketosis, your body needs a steady supply of healthy fats. These keto energy bites are the perfect grab ‘n’ go snack to ensure you always have a keto-friendly option on hand. Both recipes contain keto-approved fats and flavor — the matcha cacao provides extra energy and antioxidants, while the cinnamon and coconut is perfect for when your sweet tooth kicks in.

Each recipe yields 3 two-ounce squares (slightly smaller than the size of your palm), which can be cut in half to make 6 servings — enough to last you the week!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • 1 cup coconut shreds
  • cup monk fruit sweetener pure
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high for 1 minute, or until fully blended.

  2. For garnish, place cinnamon at the bottom of the silicone mold.

  3. Spoon mixture into the silicone molds and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until completely solid.
