Ingredients
- 3-4 Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth ice cubes
- 1 cup spinach rinsed
- 1 banana peeled and sliced
- 1 green apple cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

Make bone broth ice cubes the night prior by pouring Kettle and Fire Beef Bone Broth into ice tray.

Place the spinach, banana, and apple in a blender with ½ cup of water. Add 3-4 beef bone broth ice cubes.

Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
