Recipe Tips:
Make sure that you are choosing gelatin powder not collagen powder for these gummies because collagen powder will remain liquid even in the fridge.
To ensure a smooth-textured gummy, it is important to bloom your gelatin first in cool liquid. For this recipe, we let it soak in bone broth for a few minutes before heating it.
And as a final precaution, it’s important that the gelatin doesn’t boil. Boiling it will weaken the gelatin bonds and it might not gel. Just bring the liquid up to a simmer and stir until the gelatin and honey are completely melted. Then add your blended fruit and warm over low heat stirring until everything is combined and uniform in temperature.
Raspberry Bone Broth Collagen Gummies
Powered by bone broth and sweetened with only natural sugars, these little collagen gummies are a cinch to make and offer nutrition in every bite.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup Kettle & Fire Chicken Bone Broth
- 3 ⅓ tablespoons gelatin powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup lemon juice
Instructions

In a small pot, off heat, stir Kettle and Fire chicken bone broth with gelatin. Let sit 3-5 minutes while you prepare the fruit.

In a blender, add frozen raspberries and lemon juice. Blend on high until fully combined. It should have a smoothie-like texture.

Heat bone broth gelatin mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally. Once the gelatin has melted and has a smooth consistency, add honey to the pot stirring until it dissolves.

Add raspberry and lemon mixture to the pot and mix well over low heat.

Remove pot from the stove and pour the mixture into small silicone molds. Pro tip: use a turkey baster or eye-dropper to leave less of a mess.

Move silicone molds to the refrigerator and let sit for 20 minutes, or until firm. Remove the gummies from the silicone molds and enjoy. Pro tip: place molds on a cookie sheet so they can easily be transferred to the fridge.
