There’s no better way to warm up on a cold day than with a bowl of hearty chicken noodle soup. To satisfy your comfort food cravings, we’ve created a slightly upgraded version of classic chicken noodle soup by making it with chicken bone broth instead of regular broth or stock.
Not only does the bone broth base add flavor, but it contains more nutrients in each serving than regular stock. And unlike regular stock, chicken bone broth is simmered for at least 12 hours, which allows it to become more concentrated in the beneficial proteins, collagen and gelatin. Collagen has amino acids to support your immune system throughout the year.
We’ve made this recipe with egg noodles, but you can use any variety of noodle you have on hand. If you want to make this recipe gluten free, you could use brown rice noodles.
