- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 3-4 Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth Ice Cubes
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp raw honey (or to taste)
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1/2 cup water
