Not that we put much stock (pun intended!) in health advice from movie stars and athletes but still, if it’s getting that much spotlight, it’s certainly nothing to scoff at. Plus, ya know, we over here don’t just make our boney brew for no reason! We know it’s loaded with a ton of benefits and are geeked that the rest of the world is finally getting schooled on its benefits as well 🙂
NOW, BACK TO THE QUESTION AT HAND. WHAT IS THE BONE BROTH DIET?
This new diet comes from the much-awaited book Dr. Kellyann’s Bone Broth Diet: Lose Up to 15 Pounds, 4 Inches–and Your Wrinkles!–in Just 21 Days, which hit the shelves in January 2016.
